Kitchens are tiled with colour-coordinated worktops, and come fully fitted with a waist-height oven, hob, hood, fridge/freezer and many developments also have integral washer/dryers fitted in all apartments as standard.
The master bedrooms have fitted mirror-front wardrobes as well as TV and telephone points, with even the smallest details considered.
Our apartments come with tiled shower rooms as standard, while some of them have separate en-suites and cloakrooms as well – all designed for ease of use and with the needs of our customers in mind.
All apartments are stringently inspected by our Customer Services department to ensure they are handed over to the standard of finish and quality expected by our customers.

Many of our developments have beautifully furnished Owners’ Lounges that are designed with our customers in mind. They have wifi and many of them feature coffee bars, so they’re ideal for socialising with new neighbours. You can also just relax in the corner with a good book if you prefer. The Owners’ Lounge can be booked out for an event, which is ideal for birthdays , while we run a number of events in the Owners’ Lounge throughout the year.
Every single one of our developments has a Lodge Manager on-site who is on hand to help with all manner of different things. They look after the maintenance of the development and oversee any work being carried out, but they are a friendly point of contact when you want someone to talk to, as well as arranging events in the development throughout the year. They’re also available if you want to lock up and leave your apartment for a holiday, and will ensure everything is secure when you’re away.
All of our developments have a Guest Suite provided for visiting relatives or friends. Reservations are arranged via the Lodge Manager and can be booked in advance. The Guest Suite is ideal if you want to have your loved ones close by during their visit.
Each development is individually designed to blend comfortably with neighbouring properties. A great deal of importance is placed on the communal grounds, providing a welcome retreat for you, your family and friends. Some developments have beautiful gardens, others have landscaped grounds and some even feature a roof terrace – ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in the summer months.
Our retirement developments all have on-site parking available and are for our Owners. We take extra care to ensure our developments are close to town centres and with good public transport links, so many of our Owners choose to give up their cars, preferring not to have the burden of maintenance and running costs.
