From the first contact with Harvey Robinson in Biggleswade, the experience was nothing but fantastic! The speed at which the house was assessed, photographed and advertised and the continuous support from Sophie and Matt were second to none. I first spoke to Matt on a Saturday, the photographs were taken on Tuesday, the house was on the market by Wednesday and I had a significant interest and viewings on Saturday (a week since the initial chat with Harvey Robinson). The professional advertising campaign and the use of great photos, 360' pictures and a virtual tour of the house resulted in 2 offers after the first day of viewing and the house was sold above the asking price. If I ever find myself to be selling another house, I would certainly use Harvey Robinson.
