St Neots Landmark Sign

St Neots is one of Cambridgeshire’s most popular residential locations. With its own train station, ideal for commuters who need a high speed rail link in to London. Also, our proximity to the A1, A14 and M11 is a major draw too with access to Cambridge, Bedford and Stevenage. The town itself has all the shops, restaurants and pubs you could possibly need, and is also home to Riverside Park, which is a lovely green space to spend a sunny afternoon in.

The streets surrounding St Neots station are popular with city-workers, while others prefer to be closer to the town centre, in locations such as Brook Street, South Street or St Mary’s Street. Families, on the other hand, may prefer to start their property search in places that are close to well-regarded schools, such as Priory Junior School and Longsands Academy.

If you’re searching for a property in St Neots, you’ll find there’s a wide range of homes on offer here. At one end of the market, there are spacious detached homes: with some coming with plenty of land, a driveway and multiple bedrooms. There are several family homes here; both period and modern, which offer plenty of space for you and your children. First-time buyers are well catered for too, as there are plenty of competitively priced apartments and terraced properties in the area.

Many of the rented homes in the town tend to be one- or two-bedroomed houses or apartments in purpose-built blocks, which appeal to young professionals. However, larger properties do occasionally come to market, and are always sought-after by tenants.
