I had an overwhelming positive experience with Harvey Robinson in St Neots. They came to see if they could assist with a property I was trying to sell as an executor. The previous agents had been given well over a year to find a viable buyer, with at that stage no positive outcome.

I found Grant and his team to be extremely professional and genuinely keen to help me sell the property. They explained things in a straightforward way and without any waffle.

I was extremely confident they would find me a buyer at a good price. Unfortunately for Harvey Robinson, the previous agent came up with a buyer who had viewed the property previously and was now in a position to proceed, albeit at a much lower price. However, due to circumstances I had to accept this low offer. I am fully confident had Harvey Robinson been given a shot at marketing they would have been able to achieve an asking price offer, but time wasn't on my side and I had others invested in selling the house.

What impressed me so much subsequent to this offer, was Harvey Robinson's continually presence and reassurance had the sale not proceeded (the previous agent had given me two other sales that fell through and various unviable offers, so odds weren't looking great for this one). Grant and his team were fully ready to step in at a moment's notice. Despite knowing I had a buyer they still produced a quality brochure, advised potential buyers and called me regularly to get updates.

I felt sure had they achieved a sale, any buyer would have been thoroughly qualified and the sale progressed rigorously.

I almost wish I had another house to sell in St Neots to give them a chance to actually earn some commission from me!
