We had a very positive experience selling our property through Harvey Robinson St Neots. We felt that we were given good support and honest, sound advice throughout the process and the whole team communicated really well with each other, with our solicitors and with us. They also made regular checks on our whole chain, which helped enormously with identifying issues early and being able to take action. All the members of the team we interacted with - Grant, Beth, Kai, Sam and Toby, were a credit to the company and gave us confidence that we were in safe hands. Sam visited us twice to value our property as we ended up delaying our move by a year, and she was instrumental in our decision to sell through HR, as we were so impressed with her knowledge, efficiency and professionalism. It was great to find that these were qualities shared across the team, and particular thanks must go to Beth who worked really hard to keep us informed and make sure everything was progressing smoothly. We don't want to move again, but if we did, we would use Harvey Robinson again!
