Toby was fantastic, was incredibly friendly, had a lot of knowledge about the property we were viewing and answered all our questions (apologies Toby for asking so many!) Provided honesty when describing the property and the previous issues it has had and how they were rectified and allowed us to take as much time as we needed to view it.
