I’d like to leave a glowing review for Beth at Harvey Robinson, my seller’s estate agent during my house purchase. Although she wasn’t acting as my agent, I actually received more communication and updates from her than from my own estate agent.

She was fantastic throughout a very stressful buying process - always prompt to respond by phone and email, and consistently kept me well informed with clear, detailed updates. Her communication was excellent and really helped keep things moving.

Beth was also very proactive, regularly chasing me for updates to pass back to her clients and helping to push solicitors when things slowed down. She clearly takes real care of her clients and goes the extra mile.
