James D has been amazing all way through. even answering me out of hours and whilst on leave. really appreciate all the hard work you put in for us to complete and dealing with my demanding ways haha. very knowledgeable also and very polite and professional team. on the last day before we exchanged, Sam in the st neots office was very proactive and chased all parties in the last final few hours. thanks again to the whole team. would highly recommend to anyone. take care!
