As a first-time buyer, I knew very little about the ins and outs of the house-buying process. Harvey Robinsons were very helpful when it came to viewing the property we chose to purchase a first, and even a second time. However, I'd like to write a special shout out to Lucy Griffin. Not only was she incredibly responsive to our emails and our calls, she was also very receptive to our questions (which she'd probably answered a thousand times before), very happy to chase things up for us, and went the extra mile to update us. Nearing the end of our process, she again took the time to update us on movement, to chase for us, to explain the rest of the process and, throughout all this, she was incredibly delightful to talk to and email. Professional and friendly, I felt completely safe in her hands and her reassurances that everything was going smoothly. I cannot commend her enough.
