We had a great experience renting with HR. No big issues came up during our tenancy. Every time we communicated with them (especially Aly) via phone or email we got a prompt response/resolution. Deposit was fully returned at the end of our tenancy. Big thanks also to Reese and Kathryn, who were very discreet when viewings were carried out in our presence before we moved out.
