We have not had to have masses of contact with Lettings at Harvey Robinson’s due to how proactive they are. Our tenants are very well looked after, their fees are reasonable and if there is any problem I.e. maintenance etc they can get a contractor straight away, knowing that they are trustworthy and gets the job done to the highest standard and very reasonable in terms of cost too. We are very informed at every step and we can trust Harvey’s staff to keep ours and the tenants best interests in mind. All the staff are very professional and helpful, Tamara and Aly to name a couple but every contact we’ve had has been great. We have complete peace of mind with Harvey Robinson. Keep up the good work! I urge you to consider if you are buying or renting a property with this estate agents, they have all services available, there’s always good, professional contact and we have brought a property with them using their mortgage advisor too as well as being a landlord of a property. You are not a number here, being treated as a complete individual and that’s hard to come by these days. Thank you!
