I enjoyed working with Harvey Robinson Lettings, especially Ms Sam Smalley. She was kind, precise, responsive and very supportive. I always had HR lettings support and they were fair towards the landlord and tenants at the same time. The new online system for property management which HR introduced made my interactions with them a lot more effective and quicker.
