We had such an excellent experience with Harvey Robinson St ives, initially by several of the team as we were doing viewings and then as we progressed our sale, with Chloe Wenman in particular. They were one of the few agents we liaised with that felt genuine and authentic, we never felt strung along by Chloe, it was always the perfect blend of professionalism and a friendly relationship. She took the time to understand our preferences and we never felt pressured, we always felt very heard. We were also carrying a 2.5 year old along to viewings and she was fantastic at helping us occupy him whilst we had a proper look around! We had a number of time limitations with the move due to nursery places and Chloe was always proactive and communicative, we never had to chase her to follow things up, she was always on top of it.
