Harvey Robinson handled the sale of my uncle’s house, following his move to residential care. The house was in need of complete renovation and not in the best state, but Katie could see the potential when we first met her, before placing it on the market. Not being local to the area, I was really grateful for everyone going above and beyond, including arranging a plumber to fix a leaking pipe and helping arrange a cleaner to get it ready for viewings following clearance. They also arranged weekly inspections, as the property was empty, to comply with our house insurance policy. Sophie was brilliant, keeping in regular contact and calling me every two weeks with updates, really pushing the sale through at the end when things were dragging. I’m really grateful for all the help and would definitely recommend Harvey Robinson, they really went above d beyond.
