We had the pleasure of working with Harvey Robinson after disappointing experience with another estate agent. From the moment we had our initial meet with Katie and Sophie, we felt at ease. They were incredibly attentive and answered all our questions, making us feel valued and understood.

The process was remarkably swift and smooth. Chloe did an outstanding job with our photos, and we were thrilled to approve the images and advert before going live. The response was immediate – viewings came pouring in, and we were kept informed throughout, receiving prompt feedback after each showing.

Sophie was our main point of contact and truly became our keyworker. She has been phenomenal and guided us through each step of the process, which helped us stay calm and informed. No question was too silly, and we never felt like a bother. Even when we faced a few hurdles, Sophie’s communication was thorough and excellent (even when we were asking the impossible)… It was a real pleasure to have had Sophie there for us since day one!

We cannot recommend Sophie and the entire team at Harvey Robinson enough for their dedication and support in selling our home. Bonus points for being pet-friendly too! ??????
